A dealer will many times barter for much lower prices in exchange for a greater risk i.e. the dealer will take
an item as-is or for a warranty period measured in days or with known restrictions in exchange for lower price...
A dealer loses the "retail customer privilege" on a reduced price item...
A dealer shows competency in computers and the RISKS involved in servicing other peoples computers...
